Founder of VITACEAE. Tenth-generation Champagne winegrower. A trained oenologist, Philippe worked in Champagne houses and as a sworn wine broker before founding VITACEAE to specialise in premium wine estate transactions in Champagne and Burgundy. Honorary judge of the Commercial Court.
