Applicable Fees

Transaction fee — Sale: 7.2% incl. VAT of the sale price, payable by the buyer.

Our fees are due and payable on the day the sale is effectively concluded and recorded in a single written instrument containing the commitment of both parties. The buyer is liable for the fees.

Valuations and Advisory

A valuation opinion does not constitute a formal appraisal. Valuation opinions and advisory fees are specific to each engagement and are subject to a prior written estimate.

Consumer Mediation

For any consumer dispute, within the meaning of the preliminary article of the French Consumer Code, the consumer is informed that they may refer the matter to the consumer mediator registered with the French Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation:
